Instagram has changed its terms of service which gives the company commercial rights to user accounts and images. The new rules would allow the company to sell your images to the outside and use them how ever they please.
set your account to private - Instagram reiterated on Tuesday that private accounts will remain private. That means your photos can only be seen by the people to whom you've granted access. If you're bothered by strangers viewing your pics, a private account is the way to go.

According to Strategy Analytics, the Galaxy S III was the top selling smartphone in the world in the third quarter of 2012, knocking the iPhone out of the top spot for the first time in years.
